It's
early morning, a quarter past six actually(!), and the chicks are still half
asleep.
That
all changes when Fluffy comes with some food!
However,
the chicks are still small enough to be sat on by Fluffy. Here she has
been doing her delving thing to get at creepy crawlies and bits of dirt at
the bottom of the nest.
She won't be able to do this in a few days!
The
chicks are increasingly hungry and continually shouting for food. Here
you can see that even both the parents together cannot satisfy their demand
for food.
"If only the humans would wake up and give us some mealworms!" they seem to say.
No chance of that - it's only a quarter to seven!
